Jennifer conducts searches across the commerce and industry sector both in the UK and internationally, focussing on identifying key talent for leadership roles across all areas of finance, including CFO’s, Finance Directors and their direct reports. Having graduated in Law, Jennifer began her career with a leading financial recruitment consultancy, Martin Ward Anderson, where she spent five years recruiting finance professionals across all sectors. Prior to joining Archer Mathieson Jennifer was a Managing Consultant at Hudson, for a number of years.

Richard has been with Archer Mathieson for more than 8 years and focuses on the recruitment of senior finance personnel, across a multitude of sectors in commerce and industry. Having trained as a chartered accountant, Richard has over 15 years experience of the recruitment market, primarily on UK based roles with increasing experience of recruiting internationally.
A BSc. graduate from UC Swansea, Richard also gained an M.Eng. from UC Cardiff prior to embarking upon a career in finance with one of the UK’s leading accountancy practices.

Catherine spent her early career with Apple, selling IT training before stepping into the world of recruitment by joining Robert Walters in 1996. She has operated across interim and search practices for household name, international recruiters. Catherine has managed many multi-vacancy talent acquisition campaigns, retained and advertised searches and senior interim solutions. In 2006 after the birth of her second child, she launched the interim division for a Thames Valley start up and in 2009 her decision to join our well reputed team at Archer Mathieson was a natural next step. She has developed an impressive network within the finance community and built lasting relationships with her clients. Outside of work, Catherine is a competitive horsewoman and keen skier; interests which she shares with her husband and two young children. Today, fifteen years in, her infectious passion for the job is still probably the key to her success.

With Archer Mathieson since 2005, Ben has spent his 17 years in finance recruitment working in search & selection and interim management markets, including working at director level for the Hydrogen Group and PSD Group before joining us. Previously he worked overseas for five years in sales related positions in the USA, Japan and South Africa. He graduated from Hull University with BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Finance. Ben is a family man with two children and in his spare time enjoys football and running (he has completed three marathons).
