Interim Group Chief Accountant, US/UK GAAP IFRS

Our client, a leading business services company, has recently experienced a significant period of growth. With a turnover in excess of £100m they have a diverse customer base across Europe. About to embark on an IFRS conversion project, they require a Group Chief Accountant to coordinate and manage the transition.

Key Challenges:

  • Implementing IFRS and managing associated technical issues
  • Ensuring processes, procedures and controls are fully compliant
  • Managing the consolidation process and deliver statutory accounts on time

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Accountant, with significant experience at management level and excellent technical capabilities. They will have in depth, hands on technical knowledge of IFRS as well as a proactive approach to developing financial reporting procedures in a complex structure.
