Archer Mathieson is searching for a Divisional Finance Director for a leading US blue chip organisation. The business is in a strong growth phase (M&A and organic) and requires a new FD to assist in this. You will oversee all financial and management accounting, tax, treasury and audit issues. You will ensure full US Gaap and SOX compliance. You will work with the business on key commercial issues. You will be an experienced senior finance professional; with strong technical experience from US businesses. Business services / consulting experience would be preferable.
