Our client is a highly successful US hi-tech. After a period of significant growth and transformation they are now looking to strengthen their already impressive finance function by the recruitment of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director , the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Strengthen and drive the budgeting, planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Analysis and appraisal of actual monthly business performance against budget.
  • Further development of KPIs and of the analysis pack for presentation to the Group's executives.
  • Driving the production of the operation review section of the Group’s interim and annual reports
  • Business investment appraisals
  • Managing a team of analysts

The Candidate

  • Exceptional analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent report writing skills with experience in producing Board report commentaries
  • Must be technically proficient
  • Experience in a ‘hi-tech product’ organization.

Commercially minded with significant post-qualification experience gained with a progressive blue chip environment.
