ROLE Overseeing 45 staff with 3 direct reports, ensuring all processes, procedures and systems are running smoothly and achieving best practice. You will provide dynamic leadership to a diverse and growing team ensuring a clear sense of direction and team spirit. IT improvements will fall within the remit as will ad hoc projects. YOU An accountant with experience of running or holding a senior role in a Shared Service Centre. You will be a skilled people manager, focused on delivery and posses strong IT skills.
