Archer Mathieson is working on behalf of a client who is a progressive and highly successful business services group with operations across 5 continents. Reporting into the UK & Ireland Finance Director and responsibilities include leading and developing a large finance team, ensuring the structure of the operations delivers against the demands of the commercial businesses. Continuing responsibility for the improvement of all financial processes and procedures across the finance teams along with budgeting and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience. It is essential to have managed a large team previously. You will have experience or exposure to a Shared Service Centre and it would be advantageous if you have worked in a multinational environment and used Oracle.
