Managing a team of 10, with a current client base of c2000 spread across 3 sites, you will bring all your generalist HR experience and focus on building a first class HR function for a growing business in the UK.

You will display a stable work history and provide clear evidence of career progression strategically and operationally, with the ability to increase employee and organisational effectiveness. In addition to providing support and coaching to our business, it is essential that you develop the HR team within which you will lead and communicate what it takes to create a great place to work.
