International services business is recruiting for a Head of Talent & Engagement. The business, with well in excess of 10,000 employees has recently undergone a significant amount of change, and is now looking for an experienced Talent & Engagement professional to set the strategy and drive the business forward.

Key Company Agenda:

  • Lead Organisational Capability, Talent and Employee Engagement through the whole cycle across four key areas of excellence; Employment Branding; Employee Communications; Talent Acquisition and Career Pathing.
  • Need to raise the performance of the employee population.
  • Essentially almost a blank sheet of paper.
  • Lots of change, organisational restructure.
  • Embed new Visions & Values.
  • Moving towards a less silo’d “One Company” approach.

The Individual:

  • The individual will be of the calibre to write their own agenda.
  • The wider HR team needs to learn what good Talent and Engagement is really about.
  • Someone who knows what good Talent & Engagement practice looks like.
  • Someone who can challenge the status quo and educate the business.
  • No nonsense approach, non bureaucratic.
  • Some who can bring strategy to life.
  • Drive new cultures.
