As European Resourcing Director you will be responsible for developing the go to market strategy for recruiting talent both across Europe and within the corporate head office based in the UK. You will also be focussed on implementing a global recruitment platform.
To be successful you will be highly credible and an excellent influencer and relationship builder with broad in house strategic recruitment experience gained within a multi-site environment. You will also have had experience of implementing a recruitment platform such as Brass ring, Taleo or i-grasp.
Experience in retail or hospitality, whilst not essential would be a distinct advantage.
