Rapidly expanding FTSE organisation is currently recruiting for Business Partners to drive the HR agenda. The business is undergoing a huge amount of change and is implementing a new HR structure to enable HR to add genuine commercial value to the business in the medium term. The position reports directly into the Head of Global HR Operations. Key focus: • Developing a robust and proactive service to the business with a global remit. • Establish and maintain relationships with Directors and Managers within client groups • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure adherence to best practice; support and provide advice to managers on the full range of HR issues. • Manage key HR projects from initial planning through to successful delivery that underpin the strategic objectives. • Work through period of intense change • Develop credibility at the most senior level • Install a genuine business partnering culture The candidate: • Graduate or equivalent education with generalist HR background. • Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and internal customers. • “Can do” attitude • High energy levels • Ability to build relationships at all levels. • Project management focus The role will be based in London and can pay a base salary to £70,000 plus package.
