Technology organisation in Buckinghamshire is recruiting immediately for a Group HR Manager. The board have ambitious growth plans, and is keen to secure a senior HR professional who can drive the culture of the business forward. Duties will include: • Implementation of a formal performance management process throughout the group, focusing on performance improvement, through individual and team development plans and ensuring that behaviour engenders effective working relationships. • Working with management teams and line managers to achieve the successful implementation of the performance management system and act as a motivational champion for the whole process. • Work with management teams to development resourcing plans that support the business strategy and implement these through successful training and recruitment programmes. • Advise on management structures appropriate to different areas and functions in the organisation and consider adequate succession planning. • Ensure personal development plans are constructed and implemented through training and mentoring. • Oversee individual target and goal setting that is supportive of wider organisation KPI’s and goals. • Manage and rewards and benefits frameworks which support resourcing requirements and performance management objectives. • Be responsible for the maintenance of effective HR policies, which should be regularly reviewed and updated across the group and that support the group strategy. • Staff management of a current HR team of three. The individual: This role will suit a proactive, forward thinking HR professional who is able to implement HR strategies and policy throughout the group. Experience gained working with a formal performance management system at a senior level is essential. The position can pay a base salary to circa£75,000 plus package.
