Blue Chip organisation is currently recruiting for a Head of Talent, Succession and Performance. Reporting into the Director of Resourcing and Development the position will lead a team of Organisational Change consultants.Key agenda:•Performance Management•Talent and Succession•ODThe position will play a key role in resourcing and development as it will assist the understanding of the demand vs supply gap and work very closely with the business needs, and look after some of the key processes in HR and the wider business.The individual:•Ability to create strategy for the short, medium and long term•Creative mindset, able to formulate complex opinions when shaping direction.•Solid knowledge of talent and succession in particular, and to work well in the OD area.•Can design and develop the tools and thinking to new heights, can package and deliver/embed them into the business. •Able to work with a senior stakeholder audience, translate business need into process and solution, and be a very capable programme/change manager.•Have significant future potential to operate at a senior level. •Experience in central/local environments would be very advantageous.The organisation is looking to take on a tier one individual who has the credibility to drive change and create strategies rather than simply execute them.
