Our client, a vibrant, global fast moving, customer centric organisation is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build a high performing recruitment function within this high-tech and commercial work environment. This person will have ownership for end to end recruitment activities. This includes hiring the best candidates for temporary, fixed term, permanent, internships, MBAs and executives for the UK and Ireland to meet the growth plans for the business. Your career to date will demonstrate: • Managing and delivering recruitment across multiple disciplines • Leading a team • Supporting businesses achieving substantial growth • Recruiting within a strongly branding environment • The ability to build appropriate talent pipelines for key functions • Working with multiple stakeholders and experience in influencing leaders • Recruiting in organizations with rapid and complex change management • The ability to create ‘world-class’ recruitment tools with a passion for talent development • A background in connecting recruitment processes with business strategy and priorities The successful candidate: • Will be an innovative business and HR thinker with strong analytical acumen • Will be an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment • Should have a bachelor's degree in HR, industrial relations, or related field and will be CIPD qualified • Will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive • You will be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” • You will have a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables The position will pay c£55,000 base plus package.
