Archer Mathieson placed an experienced Programme Manager with particular expertise in infrastructure, alignment of IT and delivery.
Working closely with the UK CEO and CFO the post included the design and implementation of the organisations expansion, assisting in commercial strategy and negotiations with third party suppliers, organisational design, communications and process and systems design/implementation. In particular, the interim manager successfully led and implemented the launch of a UK Wide brand new business which at the point of pick up was seriously behind budget and timescales.
